As you head out on your path, we want to sincerely thank you for letting us help you make it, Naturally Charmed.
We want you to 100% love your new navigational equipment, (stones). However, as you know stones will gather energy from anywhere they have been and we are particular about the environment our stones are collecting in, stored in, and even shipped in. Because of this it is difficult for us to resell stones returned to us.
We are also firm believers that when a stone is done working with you it may go missing, only to be found later, when it is needed again.
However, if a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing errors, you have 7 days from the time the item arrives at your door to contact us with your concerns.
